It's cold outside which means the more serious riders are going to be spending a lot more time on the trainers, but that's boring as hell. Let's get together and explore the depths of the pain cave together.
This event is a test run to see how it goes. There is no specific workout planned. We can put up up video on the big screen and do a Strava Workout, Sufferfest Video or whatever the group decides. Everyone must bring their own trainer or rollers.

- Meet at 7pm ready to go
- warm up for 30 minutes (7pm-7:30pm)
- 60 minute workout (7:30pm-8:30pm)
- warm down for 30 minutes (8:30pm-9pm)
