Join us in celebrating St. Louis' newest improvements in cycling infrastructure.

Matt Wyczalkowski will be talking about his recent work with the City of St Louis and the Tower Grove neighborhood association. Rhonda Smythe will be touching on the bigger picture and the development of the Bike St. Louis plan. As an Alderman, Scott Ogilvie has crusaded for cycling infrastructure across St. Louis for years. 

Complimentary beverages will be provided by The Civil Life Brewing Company. We'll also be serving pizza from Yaqui's on Cherokee, so get there early.

This class will focus on areas cyclists struggle with such as hamstrings, lower back and core. The class will be held at Swan River Yoga studio at 2839 Cherokee Street, and will last an hour.

This is SpokedSTL’s first ever fixed gear criterium so we thought it made the most sense to go all out. We got in touch with Chrome Industries and they threw us one of their Coveted Jerseysfor the winner. The race will be mass start lap based format. The course and race location won’t be revealed until registration.

The “One Gear One Hundred” is a single speed century ride. You choose your bike, gearing, fixed or freewheel.

This is a ride and not a race. The pace will be moderate and no one will be dropped. If you wanna like to go fast and crush Strava segments, then this isn’t the ride for you. The goal is to get out of the city and see some amazing landscape with some amazing people. There will be a few planned stops to regroup and refuel.

The Broadway Blitz #2

2013’s Blitz was a blast so we’re bring it back. This year’s “Broadway Blitz” will be structured the same as last — an out and back road race. This historic strip of pavement spans beyond the city’s limits. Start in view of The Gateway Arch and race towards the AB Brewery, turn around at the Jefferson Barracks Cemetery, and head back to the start. The 17 mile race will start at the large parking lot on Chouteau just West of Broadway.

The World Naked Bike Ride

The World Naked Bike Ride

Throughout the duration of the evening, 6,000 people participated in the street festivities. Over 2,000 people took part in the 12 mile ride through the City of St. Louis. The route snaked through Tower Grove, South Grand, Cherokee, Benton Park, Soulard, Downtown, Midtown and then back to The Grove.

SpokedSTL MOBAR Track Race

SpokedSTL MOBAR Track Race

The Missouri BAR (Best All-around Rider) competition is a year-long race series that rewards a rider for his or her performance over multiple cycling disciplines. The top riders are awarded BAR points within their category and the riders with the most BAR points at the end of the year will be awarded free entry into all of the BAR races the following year.

This will be the only MO BAR track cycling event. Other BAR events include road races, time trials, and criteriums.

All new racers are required to attend the free “Into to Track Racing Clinic” on the morning of the event.
