R3 Gravel Clean Up - Sugar Creek Edition

Lets keep our gravel clean

People come from all over the world to ride, race and explore these Rural Recreational Roads

Gravel hubs, such as Pea Ridge, are welcoming our cycling community by building direct connections to and through their communities. So let’s give back by showing these rural communities that we value the roads we share.

This is our opportunity to show up and pick up. Here’s the map of the clean up area.

This is a free but we ask you to register so we can get a head count. Register here!!

How it works:

Meet up at Sugar Creek and Ryan Road (map) for coffee and donuts. Espresso provided by our friends at Rapha Bentonville. We will split eveyone into teams and direct them to sections of the Sugar Creek Rd. Each sector will have a point person lend guidance and provide the necessary tools, including trash bags, for the pickup.

Bike parking will be available at the HQ location in addition to other points on the stretch in order to keep bikes out of the road. Dress for the job. We will be doing a fair amount of walking up and down Sugar Creek road so bring your walking shoes.
